I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in Los Gatos, California. License #MFC41105. I offer psychotherapy and counseling for individuals, couples, children and groups.

Training
I have a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from The Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. I am certified in The Hakomi Method of Psychotherapy, Huma Transpersonal Bodywork, and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy. I am an ordained Interfaith Minister after two years at The Interfaith Seminary of Santa Cruz. My undergaduate degree is from UCSC, in psychology with honors in the major and honors at the college.

I am a clinical member of CAMFT (California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists), AAMFT (American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists), and USABP (United States Association of Body Psychotherapists). Member of GAH (Give an Hour Foundation)

Why I really love my work
Continuing to work toward my own personal awareness feels meaningful, and because I am much more like my clients than different from them, I hear myself when I truly hear them. I practice loving-kindness and mindfulness in my psychotherapy practice. In these ways, my psychotherapy practice is a spiritual practice for me. I truly love witnessing growth and transformation in my clients, and feel honored to be in service.

Based in Los Gatos, but providing Therapy and Support for Santa Cruz, San Jose, Cupertino, Campbell, Saratoga, and the entire Bay Area.
